Staff establish trust with clients at intake by meeting immediate needs for safety, shelter, transportation, medical care, & more.

  • Family-like communal living

  • Private suite for each family

  • 24-hour support staff & security

Counselors provide the weekly therapy sessions clients & their children need to
heal & learn to handle future challenges.

  • Trauma-informed counseling

  • Play therapy for children

  • Family-strengthening activities

Case managers help clients access community resources, from parenting courses to subsidized child care to legal support.

  • Victim's advocacy partnerships

  • Financial literacy training

  • Volunteers become mentors

Within 30 days of entry, clients find a job & enroll in GED or ESL courses or other educational/vocational training.

Clients prepare for the future by setting
goals, reducing debt & building savings,
& establishing strong support systems.
