Time out for Our Kids
Here are some of the ways you can enrich the lives of Emily’s Place children.
Care for
the children
in our group homes while
their mothers attend
weekly programs on
Thursday evenings
(6:30-8 p.m.)
or on other occasions
when they are
attending an event.
Donate books,
board games,
crafting kits,
balls, outdoor
games, and
developmentally
appropriate toys.
​Facilitate
and donate
supplies for
family-bonding
activities, such as
a craft or hobby night,
for Emily’s Place
residents and
their children.

All volunteers must complete an application and background check and attend a one-hour orientation.
Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Applications must be received before attending training.
